What can I say, this might've been one of the coolest things I feel like I've ever done in my lifetime. The year was 2021 and we had just live through one of the strangest years any artist or musician could ever live through. Obviously bands were looking for an out, @buffalocommons383 was no stranger to that vibe. I reached out to Tyree the lead singer of Buffalo Commons, asking him if he would meet me off of Highway 24 in front of the green bridge with this wild idea of playing a set at golden hour off the side of the road. The funny thing here is is that when I called him I thought he lived in Vail with his band, which I couldn't of been more wrong. Learning that they were from steamboat the whole band had to mount up a 2 hour Plus drive just to get to this particular moment, I thought they live right around the corner. With this type of energy, the moment that became the very first roadside show for LIVE @ the BeeHive will ever last on the memories and hearts of every single human being who attended that day. We literally threw a one hour concert on the side of the road and had about a total of 20 people in the parking lot watching by the end. The unscripted magic that was this moment has now set forth an entire movement of more musical moments just like this. . Music, Drinks, Food & Podcast; and all the ways it can be done.
